I hope you had a wonderful summer filled with rest, joy, and quality time with loved ones. As the new semester begins, we are grateful for the new opportunities ahead and for your steadfast support.

I hope everyone is taking some time to enjoy the summer, stay cool, and get some rest. In this month's newsletter, I wanted to share candidly about some of the challenges I've been facing as I continue to move the Gleaning Project forward.

It's hard to believe we've just passed Memorial Day – the unofficial start to the Summer season. Aside from some well-deserved time at the beach, do you know what else is right around the corner? The Gleaning Project's art show!

Creating a bridge for folks on the margins to participate in activities and join circles they'd not otherwise have access to is at the core of what we do here at the Gleaning Project. We strive to create an environment where people can come and just be themselves.

In this time of hopeful anticipation, I'd like to share some of the ways our work at the Gleaning Project intersects with caring for our precious home, the Earth.
